Booking and Payments:
- All payments should be made to our offices or to our bank as per details that will be provided in the invoice.
- Booking will be guaranteed after receipt of payment according to the following schedule: On making booking: 50% 30days before arrival: 100%
Cancellation
Any change or cancellation by the client will result in the payment of following fees:
- 25%-from confirmation to 45days before departure.
- 50%-from 44 to 16 days before departure
- 75%-15 to 8 days before departure
- 100%-less than 7days before departure or no-show
These modifications or cancellations must be served in writing, the date of receipt being taken as proof.
Any change or cancellation by the Organizer:
- The Customer will not be entitled to any compensation if the cancellation of the trip is imposed by force majeure, climatic or natural events recurring or may result in the impossibility of enjoying certain benefits for reasons related to the safety of travelers.
- The Company reserves the right to vary or cancel any itinerary or program relating to the sale in case of force majeure.
- The Company reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is important, at least 30days’notice will come into effect.
- Any increase of Government entry fees or taxes will be redirected to the guest invoice
Trip Itinerary - Option 1 Masai Mara & Chale Beach Resort
Our driver guide will pick you up at the airport for Start of the safari, with a departure for a scenic drive down into the Rift Valley, to Masai Mara, Kenya's premier game reserve. You will be in your own private safari vehicle. Stop briefly en route at the Great Rift Valley viewpoint for stunning views of what is the world's largest valley.
Arrive at Masai Mara for lunch. The afternoon game drive at 3.30 pm allows spotting of the unrivalled wildlife in the park. Return to your camp by 6.30pm.
Dinner and overnight at Zebra Plains Safari Lodge, F.B
Day is spent in the Reserve; Kenya’s most popular game sanctuary with Game drives to suite your wishes. One can opt for a much recommended and very popular Hot Air balloon Safari experience that is followed by a full breakfast served on the open savannah accompanied by a bottle of Champagne at an extra cost.
You will hunt for big game to be shot only through your camera lenses. Always looking out for the elusive “Big Five” i.e. Lion, Elephant, Buffalo, and the extremely rare and shy Black rhino and Leopard. Mara is also home to over 350 species of birds. It is also the home of the famed Masai people, a unique and popular tribe due to their long-preserved culture. Despite education, civilization and western cultural influences, the Maasai people have clung to their traditional way of life, making them a symbol of Kenyan culture. Optional visit at an extra cost to a Masai village reveals the singing and dancing that are part of their daily lives and sacred rituals. A glimpse into their homes and social structure is a poignant experience.

Dinner and overnight at the Camp on Full Board Basis
Depart for Nairobi after breakfast with a game drive en-route, you will also carry picnic lunch. Later you will be transferred to the Railway Station “SGR” for your onward train to Mombasa.
Dinner & Overnight at Chale Beach Resort H.B
The Sands at Chale Island Resort is a luxury resort on a private island in Kenya. It's located on Chale Island, which is just off the Kenyan mainland. The resort is known for its white sand beach, coral reefs, and wildlife.

Dinner & Overnight at Chale Beach Resort on Half Board Basis
On this day you will be picked up at your hotel and transferred to the railway station for your return back to Nairobi where you will be again transferred to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your journey back Home.
Option 2: Amboseli National Park & Chale Island
After the briefing, your safari adventure will start immediately you board the safari vehicle, you will drive overland through Kamba land dotted with circular houses and few shopping centers as well as Masai land to Amboseli National Park.
Amboseli National Park is situated at the foot of the highest mountain in Africa as well as the highest free standing mountain in the world, the majestic snowcapped Mt.
Kilimanjaro. Arrive at the camp in time for lunch followed by some leisure hours for a siesta/ swim.
Depart at around 16:00 Hours for an afternoon game viewing and return back to the camp before sunset. The park has large herds of wildebeest, zebras, elephants, giraffes, lions and a variety of other animals and birds all of which are attracted to this park due to its permanent supply of water from Mt. Kilimanjaro’s melting snow.
The elephant population in Amboseli is one of the few that has been able to live undisturbed and the elephant families have been studied by world renowned researcher Cynthia Moss. Dinner and overnight at Amboseli Kilima Camp On Full Boards Basis
These two full days in the Amboseli National Park will be spared for the search of the big cats, Elephants families etc of Amboseli. Early morning game viewing in will be the perfect time to catch a glimpse and photographing the highest peak of Mt. Kilimanjaro.
It is also the home of the famed Masai people, those tall, proud nomadic warriors whose legendary prowess in battle and single handed acts of bravery in fights with wild animals has spread across the world.
Their diet is a simple one, consisting mainly of meat and milk and also the blood of cattle mixed with milk. A visit to their village reveals the singing and dancing that are part of their daily lives and sacred rituals.
A glimpse into their homes and social structure is a memorable experience. The Masai people live in close harmony with the environment and the animals that surround them.
After the morning game drive return to the camp for breakfast and lunch. Have somerest and relaxation, sunbathing, swimming. Depart for your afternoon game viewing drive in search of the huge herds of elephants.
Dinner and overnight at Kilima Safari Capm,F.B.
After breakfast, you will drive to Emali with a game drive en-route. Emali is where you will board a Train to Mombasa, on arrival, you will be transferred to Chale Beach Resort for your Dinner and overnight.
