    Booking and Payments:

    • All payments should be made to our offices or to our bank as per details that will be provided in the invoice.
    • Booking will be guaranteed after receipt of payment according to the following schedule: On making booking: 50% 30days before arrival: 100%

    • Accommodation is based on full board unless indicated otherwise.

    Trip Itinerary

    Day1: Arrival-Arusha.

    Upon arrival at the Kilimanjaro Airport or at the border, your driver will pick you and drive towards your lodge in Arusha for resting and overnight.

    Accommodation: Arusha Coffee Lodge on bed and breakfast.

    Day2: Safari Tarangire National park.

    After breakfast, you will drive to Tarangire National park, for game drives in the park.

    The day's highlights in the park include buffallo, lions, Elephants, and many more animals. Around 16hours, you will drive to your accommodation and arrive for dinner.

    Soft drinks, local beers, house wines, and selected spirits, coffee and tea are provided in lodge, except Champagne and premium alcoholic drinks.

    Day3: Safari Tarangire National park.

    Today you will go for another full day game drives exploring the Tarangire National park.

    Accommodation: Tarangire treetops

    Optional activity: Walking safari

    Day4: Safari Central Serengeti National Park.

    After breakfast, you will drive for about 4hours to Serengeti National Park through Ngorongoro conservation area for transit. The day's highlights include buffalo, lions, rhinos, leopards, elephants, zebras, wildebeest, Gazelle. Game drives will take place till 05p.m. enroute to your camp for dinner.

    Accommodation: Serengeti Pioneer Camp

    Soft drinks, local beers, house wines, and selected spirits, coffee and tea are provided in lodge, except Champagne and premium alcoholic drinks.

    Day5: Safari Central Serengeti National Park

    Optional activity: Balloon safari

    Day6: Ngorongoro crater

    With an early breakfast, you will leave the lodge, drive about 3hours to the Ngorongoro conservation area, and descend into the crater for another game drive. The highlight of the day: Buffalo, hyena, lions, Hippos, Cheetah, and many other animals. Around 16hours, you will leave the Ngorongoro highlands and be transferred to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

    Day7: Departure.

    Depending on your departure time, you will be picked up and transferred to the airport for your flight to another destination.

    Note: Check-out time is between 10 and 11am. If you have a later flight, we can arrange a day roomfor you at an additional cost. However, this option is subject to availability and not guaranteed. If you do not require a day room extension after checking out, you are welcome to enjoy the hotel facilities until your departure time.

    Other information:

    When Confirming: We would like to receive the below:

    • Full names of the clients
    • Copy of passports
    • Flight details, both arrival and departures.
    • Rooming list
    • Dietary requirement.

    Cancellation

    Any change or cancellation by the client will result in the payment of following fees:

    • 25%-from confirmation to 45days before departure.
    • 50%-from 44 to 16 days before departure
    • 75%-15 to 8 days before departure
    • 100%-less than 7days before departure or no-show

    These modifications or cancellations must be served in writing, the date of receipt being taken as proof.

    Any change or cancellation by the Organizer:

    • The Customer will not be entitled to any compensation if the cancellation of the trip is imposed by force majeure, climatic or natural events recurring or may result in the impossibility of enjoying certain benefits for reasons related to the safety of travelers.
    • The Company reserves the right to vary or cancel any itinerary or program relating to the sale in case of force majeure.
    • The Company reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is important, at least 30days’notice will come into effect.
    • Any increase of Government entry fees or taxes will be redirected to the guest invoice

    • Reducing single-use water bottles by providing guests with drinking water stored in refillable jerrycans during safaris. Guests are given reusable water bottles to take home afterward.

    • Adapting vehicle size according to guest numbers to minimize unnecessary use of multiple vehicles.
    • Regular maintenance of our vehicles before and after safaris to ensure safety and efficiency.
    • Providing regular training for our staff to keep them updated on industry-related topics and issues.

    These efforts reflect our commitment to sustainable tourism practices and responsible business.
