Reservations & Payment Schedule
A 50% deposit is required to confirm all bookings.
The remaining 50% balance must be paid 30 days before arrival.
Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in automatic cancellation (deposit forfeited).

Bank transfers (USD/KES)
Credit/debit cards (via secure payment gateways)
Mobile money (M-Pesa)
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing (email accepted). The date of receipt determines applicable fees:

Notes:
Refunds (if applicable) exclude transaction fees.
Special bookings (e.g., gorilla permits, chartered flights) may have stricter policies.
Modifications
Changes to bookings are subject to availability and may incur fees.
No modifications permitted within 30 days of departure for guaranteed reservations.
Documents
Valid passport (6+ months’ validity).
Required visas/vaccinations (e.g., Yellow Fever certificate).
Travel Insurance
Mandatory coverage for medical emergencies, evacuation, and trip cancellation.
Health & Special Needs
Notify us of dietary restrictions, disabilities, or medical conditions before booking.
Itinerary Changes
We reserve the right to modify routes, accommodations, or activities due to:
Weather/park closures
Logistical challenges
Safety concerns
No refunds for minor adjustments (e.g., swapped game drives).
Force Majeure
No refunds for cancellations due to unforeseeable events (natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest).
Credits for future travel will be issued.
Our Commitments
Provide services as described in itineraries.
Ensure qualified guides and safe transportation.
Your Responsibilities
Arrive on time for departures.
Follow guide instructions (especially during wildlife activities).
Respect local cultures and environments.
Not liable for:
Personal injury, illness, or death.
Lost/damaged luggage or valuables.
Travel delays or missed connections.
Personal data is handled per our Privacy Policy.
Tour photos may be used for marketing (opt-out available).
Governed by Kenyan law; disputes resolved in [Nairobi courts].
Complaints must be submitted in writing within 30 days of tour completion.
