Day 1

Arrive on the early morning flight and drive to the Aberdare Country Club arriving in time for lunch. Rest of the day spent at leisure at the expansive sanctuary. Dinner and overnight at the club.

Day 2

After Breakfast our safari starts by taking us Northwards crossing the equator at Nanyuki and driving through some of the big wheat and Barley fields at Imenti before driving down to Samburu arriving at the Camp in time for lunch. Brief rest after lunch before leaving for your game drive in the late afternoon. Dinner and overnight at the camp.

Day 3

At temperatures averaging 28-30C Samburu has a very agreeable climate. With Ewaso Ngiro river forming a natural boundary between Samburu and Buffalo Reserves, and forming an endless source of water both to the locals and the wildlife, Samburu is truly a unique destination. The day is spent with an early morning and late afternoon Game drive when it is cooler and the animals are more active.Dinner and overnight at the camp.

Day 4

Drive back to Aberdare Country Club for lunch and later transfered to the Ark Treetop lodge for overnight stay enjoying the animals coming to lick the mineral rich soil and later quenching their thirst at the waterhole.Dinner and overnight at the Ark.

Day 5

An early departure after breakfast and drive north west over the Equator and then south and into the Great Rift Valley stopping by coffee and tea plantations and on to Lake Nakuru National Park hosting a salt water lake of approx60sqkm. Enjoy a 2 hr game drive and have lunch at the Lake Nakuru Lodge. After lunch drive east to Lake Naivasha that is a fresh water lake and we arrive at our lodge in the early evening.Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

Day 6

After break fast, enjoy a 1 hr boat ride getting close to hippos and spotting the birdlife that is present in abundance. Lunch is at the lodge and go for a brief visit to a flower farm. Rest of the day is spent at leisure.Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

Day 7

Early Departure after breakfast and drive south to Masai Mara arriving in time for lunch. Mara is home to 470 bird specie and over 40 mammal species. leave for a Late afternoon Game drive in the reserve hunting for the abundant wildlife found in the reserve.Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

Day 8,9

2 days spent viewing game in the reserve. One can opt to enjoy the famous Hot Air Balloon Safari which is followed by a champagne breakfast served in the open savanna at an extra cost. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

Day 10

Drive back to Nairobi for lunch and later flight to Mombasa for the beach extension.
