This 7-day classic Kenyan safari combines rhino tracking at Ol Pejeta, a boat ride on Lake Naivasha, and incredible game viewing in the world-famous Maasai Mara.
Arrive at Jomo Kenyatta Airport, depart and drive to Sweetwaters arriving in the mid-morning and have lunch before departing on your afternoon game drive. Sweetwaters is famous for its brave fight against poaching and its continued efforts at conservation, offering one of the best places to see rhino in the world. Full day spent at the conservancy with game drives to suit your wishes. A visit to the Chimpanzee rescue center is a highlight. One can also opt to do a night game drive (at an extra cost), which is not permitted in most other parks. All meals and overnight at Sweetwaters Serena Camp.
Enjoy your breakfast, depart and proceed to the Great Rift Valley arriving at Lake Naivasha Sopa Resort in time for lunch. Later enjoy the afternoon at leisure. Dinner and overnight at the resort.
After breakfast, enjoy a 1-hour boat trip on Lake Naivasha, coming close to big groups of hippos. You will also enjoy a walk viewing the beautiful scenery before returning to the lodge for lunch. Spend the afternoon at leisure. Dinner and overnight at Lake Naivasha Sopa Resort.
After breakfast, continue driving south to the Maasai Mara with a picnic lunch. After crossing the gate, enjoy a short game drive en route to Mara Fig Tree Camp for a late afternoon check-in. Dinner and overnight at the camp.
Full day in Kenya’s most popular game sanctuary with game drives to suit your wishes. Search for the elusive "Big Five" and over 350 species of birds. An optional Hot Air Balloon Safari and Maasai village visit are available at an extra cost. All meals and overnight at Mara Fig Tree Camp.
Depart after breakfast, arriving in time for lunch at Karen Blixen Coffee Garden in Nairobi. Later, you will be transferred to the airport for your onward flight.
