Trip Itinerary

Day 1: Friday, October 3, 2025

After completing border formalities at Namanga, you will meet your safari guide and drive to Tarangire National Park. Enjoy an introductory game drive en route to your camp, famous for its massive elephant herds and ancient baobab trees. Dinner and overnight at your camp.

Day 2: Full Day in Tarangire National Park

After breakfast, embark on a full day of game viewing in Tarangire. Today's highlights include spotting large groups of elephants, lions, giraffes, zebras, and a spectacular variety of birds against a backdrop of giant baobab trees. Return to your camp in the late afternoon.

Day 3: Tarangire – Serengeti National Park

After breakfast, drive to the world-renowned Serengeti National Park via the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Enjoy game drives en route, searching for buffalo, lions, leopards, elephants, zebras, and wildebeest. Arrive at your camp in the heart of the Serengeti in the evening.

Day 4: Full Day in Central Serengeti National Park

A full day to explore the endless plains of the Central Serengeti. This day is flexible—discuss your preferences with your guide. Choose between an all-day game drive with a picnic lunch or a more relaxed schedule with time at the camp. Search for the Big Five and witness the awe-inspiring Great Migration (season dependent).

Day 5: Serengeti – Ngorongoro Crater

After an early breakfast, descend into the Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and natural amphitheater teeming with wildlife. Enjoy a full day of game driving in this unique ecosystem, with a high chance of spotting the Big Five. In the late afternoon, ascend the crater and drive to Karatu.

Day 6: Cultural Experience – Karatu to Arusha

A day dedicated to culture. Visit Mto wa Mbu village, explore the vibrant local market, and walk through banana farms. Experience the culture of the Makonde people, renowned wood carvers. Enjoy a tuk-tuk ride to Lake Manyara and a prepared local lunch before transferring to Arusha.

Day 7: Departure
